Yoga Studio, Seatoun

An extensive alteration of the existing garage, topped with a newly constructed upper-level yoga studio designed for calm, light-filled practice. The project also included a replacement of the home’s original balcony, creating a fresh and functional outdoor deck space.

    • Cladding and Windows: Pine Bevel back weatherboard, timber window joinery

    • Interior Walls: Plywood

    • Large two stacker cedar door opening out to deck and views of Lyall Bay

    • Existing rounded balcony was replaced and reshaped to provide a more spacious, easy-to-use outdoor space.

    • A spacious upper-level yoga studio constructed above the garage, maximising the home’s usable space.
